Angela Casey
About this Service
I believe that everyone deserves to have the knowledge and skills to improve their mental health, quality of life, and their relationships. It can take a great deal of courage to see a therapist, so my aim is to offer you a confidential and safe space where you can feel listened to, without judgment, to help you explore your thoughts and feelings.
You may be feeling sad, low, or anxious because of a particular issue, or it could be that you don’t know why you are feeling as you do. Therapy can offer you a journey of self-discovery and increased self-awareness, having this awareness can help with acceptance, and then change can occur.
Being a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist means I can draw on elements of different therapeutic approaches to find a way of working that is individual to you.
