Life is tough, causing us psychological stress and difficulties from relationships, families, and bereavement are just a few examples. Sometimes the thought of therapy can be scary. My therapy style is empathic, warm, and non-judgemental. I believe in treating my clients with confidentiality, respect, sensitivity, compassion, and empathy. I offer the support of a therapeutic relationship to help my clients to better understand their feelings thoughts, and behaviors to find positive changes forward to living life more fully.
