Work With Me!

About this Service

Hi, I’m Natalie, and I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I have worked with a wide variety of clients from different backgrounds, both nationally and internationally for many years. I know how hard it can be to ask for help, I have been the client too…asking for someone to support you through difficult things is brave, and a big deal, but yes, it is daunting. My aim is to help you work through all of your worries and fears, to figure out how to move forward from where you are.

I work with the person in front of me as an individual and often combine therapies depending on the client’s needs. I use techniques from person-centred, CBT, solution focused therapy, behavioural therapy, IFS, and Gestalt therapy and I continue to expand my working tools all the time, working integratively.

It can be hard to admit that you need extra support, I know that feeling, it can feel scary being here, so that enforces even more for me the need to create a safe space where you know you can speak and feel as comfortable as possible within what is shared in our sessions.

It is important that you feel safe and I work hard to ensure that is the case. My therapy room is within my home, and that creates a homely and relaxed atmosphere that is still evident even in video calls. I am aware that is can be unnerving starting this process and beginning to understand yourself. Don’t worry, you’re not doing it alone :)
