Life can get overwhelming at times. Unresolved trauma and untouched issues can appear and affect your life without you realising. During times like these, you need a safe and non-judgmental space.

• I offer a non-judgmental, empathic and safe space

• I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist offering counselling and psychotherapy

• I offer open-ended work on a one-to-one basis; for short and long term therapy

• I work as a person-centred counsellor and use an integrative approach in order to be able to facilitate my client’s in the best and most effective way possible.

I feel passionate about breaking down stigmas surrounding mental health. I believe in encouraging and facilitating a state of wellbeing, so that every individual is able to nurture their own potential and have the willpower to be the most authentic version of themselves. I feel it is important to address the negativity surrounding mental health within the BAME community and promoting healthy discussion to bring about change.

Training, qualification & experience

I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Psychotherapeutic counsellor. I am trained in a variety of therapeutic models and the implementation of such models using and integrative method. This enables me to work with my client’s unique and individual experiences. I work with a broad range of issues, some areas I have worked in include:
