I am a trained Individual and couple psychotherapist and have worked for 15 years as a therapist in London. I was brought up in France and my initial training was in clinical psychology. I speak both french and english. I usually see individual or couple for an assessment and this allows the person to see how comfortable they feel with my approach. We can then establish the time and frequency of the sessions.
