About this Service
Therapy offers an opportunity to explore your concerns at your own pace in a safe, supportive and confidential setting.
You may be feeling stuck in your life, wondering how to make changes. You possibly have experienced challenging life experiences that are proving difficult to process on your own.
What I can offer you:
Weekly sessions; Confidential space; Day or evening appointments; Long or short term work; Face to face
I work with people from all walks of life in a way that respects culture, values, beliefs, choices and sexual orientation.
Fertility, pregnancy and loss I have experience counselling women confronting fertility difficulties and pregnancy loss. I also have expertise of donor assisted pregnancies and can offer support through this sometimes intricate and emotionally complex time.
Menopause The menopause can be a particularly demanding process in a women’s life. It isn’t talked of much in society, which can leave women with feelings of isolation and confusion about their symptoms and feelings associated with the changes happening to them.
Redundancy Having personal experience of redundancy, I understand how the process can affect you emotionally. During and following redundancy people can go through serious feelings of loss and a resulting crash in confidence. It can feel similar to a bereavement. Speaking to someone about this can help you process the feelings and get your life back on track.
LGBT I have both professional and personal experience of working with and supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who are exploring their sexual and gender identity or facing extra concerns that can affect LGBT people.
