About this Service

How I work

Working integratively and holistically, grounded in the humanistic approach which focus on the human potential for creativity, love, growth, fulfilment and psychological health, I attend to my clients’ whole experience and consider the processes of thinking, feeling and behaviour equally important. I aim to help my clients to gain greater insights about themselves, their thoughts, feelings, behaviours, past and present relationships and life experiences. I commit to help them making sense of their circumstances, identifying choices for change and supporting them during the process of change. I do not routinely give advice, though I may suggest a different way of seeing something or suggest some practical ways of coping with specific issues or situations.
