About this Service
The goal of any talking therapy is your increased self-awareness, skill acquisition and independence.
You can expect a safe, non-judgmental and confidential space where you can simply be who you are and where you can share your thoughts and emotions without fear.
The sessions will employ a range of techniques to suit your circumstances, mainly Psychodynamic, CBT and Person-Centred techniques.
Sessions will last 50 minutes in length, in a suitable private setting.
I offer a professional and confidential space in which you can talk about any issue. There are certain legal exceptions that will be clarified when you attend your first session and prior to the establishment of any agreement for working.
As a BACP member I attend regular supervision in which I discuss my work for consultative support and professional guidance.
