About this Service
Hello and welcome. I am an experienced BACP registered Counsellor and CBT Therapist. I have been working with clients for eight years and am an approved therapist for several health insurance providers.
I provide online and telephone therapy from the convenience of your own home or workplace. I work with adults suffering with anxiety related issues, bereavement, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues, stress, and major life transitions. I also provide couples counselling.
Deciding to have therapy is an extremely important and courageous decision. My role is to support you by giving you a safe, confidential and non-judgmental space within which you can explore what’s troubling you.
This space is built on trust. It is essential that you feel accepted, validated and understood. These values are pivotal to my therapy work.
I typically work within a person-centred framework and have the benefit of additional training to use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy should this approach feel more appropriate.
I believe that every person has the innate capacity to move beyond their difficulties and flourish.
