About this Service

I help people at a significant life stage, or those facing the affects of trauma or a challenging life event. I can also help with generalised anxiety, panic attacks, stress, work related issues, anger management, bereavement, separation, childhood related issues, addiction, sexuality or sexual identity. I am encouraging and supportive to diversity in all its forms. I work on a long or short term basis.

I place importance on the impact of earlier life experiences, and their affect on behaviour, expectations and responses as adults. My aim is to help gain understanding of your relationships both past and present, and to provide some insight in to how you relate to others.

An underlying focus, is supporting you to become more of who you are, rather than who others want you to be. By challenging past scripts, choices can be made that previously may have been unthinkable. I am sensitive to what is causing you distress, with a style that is light, yet incisive.
