Stephen Allsopp

About this Service
I offer a counselling service which is grounded in the core counselling principles of warmth, valuing, and encouragement to establish a trusting therapeutic alliance from which we can work to challenge and address your difficulties. My primary aim is to help clients to identify their strengths and capabilities, and develop those in order to achieve emotional strength and self-reliance.
I also work as a coach, principally in the executive and business fields, to enable clients to identify and target goals, achieve to their maximum potential, and develop the skills to resolve challenges and conflict in their work.
