Qualifications
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and I work one to one with adults over 18 years of age. If you are struggling with a problem, maybe for many months or years or something that has happened to you recently, I can help you to work through your feelings and together find a pathway forward. Life can feel overwhelming at times but speaking to a therapist can be a starting point to help you make sense of what is going on for you and around you. I have many hours of experience and continue training to keep up with new teaching in counselling. I have a small therapy room at home for face to face sessions but I also see clients via Zoom or over the telephone.
I see clients for anxiety, depression, family problems, disordered eating, feelings of conflict around sexuality and and gender. I can see clients for 6 week focussed therapy, 12 weeks or for longer term therapy. I provide an assessment session where we can meet so you can tell me about the issues which bring you to therapy and together we can decide how I can halo you.
