Tim Holmes
About this Service
I offer counselling and psychotherapy to help with emotional problems that may be troubling you. I am based in Grays Inn Road WC1 in Central London and in central Cambridge. The counselling I offer provides a calm and supportive space in which you can explore what is troubling you, without fear of being judged or criticized. You will then be able to gain greater insight and understanding of the thoughts, beliefs and behaviours that affect your life and relationships.
The type of therapy I provide is psychodynamic psychotherapy, which is based on the principle that past experiences and events can influence how we feel and function in the present. The personal growth that may take place in therapy can free you from the limitations of old patterns. This allows more realistic and effective ways for improving the quality of your life, your relationships and how you feel about yourself.
